Program Increment

Program Increment iCube enables you to create ad hoc reports that help you analyze your iterations based on the efforts provided, stories for that iteration, test cases, and so on. Using the Program Increment iCube, Project Managers can gain insights into important business questions such as:

• What is the planned velocity vs actual velocity over multiple iterations?
• What is the count of stories planned vs completed vs accepted?
• What is the count of defects found in review vs defects found post-delivery?
• What is the percentage of automation in test cases?
• What is the working software delivery rate every iteration?
• How the iteration burn down charts are trending? Does most of the work gets completed in the last few days of the sprint?
• What is the percentage of story spill over from one sprint to another?
